Types Of Yoga

Sivananda or Vedanta. The Sivananda organisation offers courses at its own centers. Positive thinking, meditation and breathing are the main focus. Spirituality is very prominent.

Sudarshankriya. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, an early 1980s guru of yoga, created this form. This form of yoga is available in more than 140 countries. It relies on the breath to balance the mind and body.
