Maid sama ( Kaichou Wa Maid-sama! ) is one the most loved rom-com anime. The anime was adopted by JC.Staff between April 2010 and September 2010. It has an IMDb rating of 8.0. This is quite good. The show is full of comedy and romance which makes it very interesting to watch. Fans are still wondering if there will ever be another season after it has been more than ten years. The manga has been completed and enough resources are available for the second season. Maid Sama Season 2 has yet to be released.
Plot
Maid sama tells the story of a girl named Misaki Ayuzawa, a poor girl who studied at Seika High and became school president thanks to her hard work. The school used to be a boys school, but it was infamous for its rowdy students. It has recently been made a co-ed school. She works hard to make the school more welcoming for girls, even though they are still a minority. All girls respect her and fear her. She has a secret. Because of her family’s financial problems, she works at a maid café, which Takumi Usui later discovers.
JC.Staff did not make any announcements regarding the Maid Sama Season 2 despite having many manga to adopt. 26 episodes were included in the first season.
What was the reason Maid Sama was cancelled?
Many people are still asking why the show was cancelled. Low manga sales are the reason. The manga didn’t sell well which was bad news for the publishers. The show was cancelled and fans were very hurt. It broke my heart to find out there was no second season of the show when I viewed it in 2017. I hope we will get some good news in the coming year.
